All internal links redirected to home url

    Hi,

    I’ve installed RankMath on a website (A), and imported settings from another site (B).
    I’ve enabled analytics, and connected to GA account.
    Then, I discovered that the wordpress settings: home and site url changed to the B site url. So I changed it back manually.

    Then I found out that all the internal links in A are redirected to the home url of A.

    I tried to deactivate and delete the RankMath plugin, no luck.
    I re-installed and re-activate the plugin, again no luck.
    I even restored the website to its earlier version, still no luck.

    So, how can I get the problem solved? Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    The redirection of the links indicates it’s being done by WordPress as you can see from the screenshot in the sensitive data section.

    This doesn’t seem to be controlled by Rank Math so you need to check the configuration of the website to make sure that everything is correctly set up, including the canonical on the pages.

    I finally fixed the problem by running a complete uninstall of rankmath (https://rankmath.com/kb/uninstall/).
    Thank God I got my sites back after 2 days of trials and errors.
