    My credits for AI aren’t showing on either of my websites. I have disconnected and re-connected but they are still not displaying. I only purchased more yesterday. But not I cant research keywords as its saying ‘No data found for the researched keyword’. I have tried removing transients as I’ve seen on a forum that someone has been having the same issue but this hasn’t worked.
    I have just installed the pro version but since then I now cant use it so I’m not sure if this has caused the issue.

    Could you please share the keyword/s you are using so we can check as well?

    Also, you mentioned you’re using the Rank Math PRO, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
