AI credits reset

To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. After logging in, head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/ to check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits.

If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by heading over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Then, refresh the credits count again in the Content AI section.

After doing so, please check if the plugin requests the updated credits from our server and displays the correct count.

Your credits will reset on your purchase date +1 every month. So, if you purchased your plan on the 19th, your credit allocation will be reset on the 20th. That said, your credits should have reset by now; if not, please check RankMath.com > My Account > Websites to be sure, then let us know so we can investigate the issue.
