AI Credits not showing up after I connect to my account.

To resolve this, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Rank Math account by visiting this link: Rank Math Account Login
2. Check if your AI credits are visible under the “Websites” tab.
3. If your credits are visible, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress dashboard by going to Rank Math SEO → Help → Disconnect Account, then click Connect Now.
4. After reconnecting your Rank Math account, refresh the AI credits in your WordPress dashboard by going to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Content AI and refreshing the credits.

We have fixed this on our end.

Please reconnect your Rank Math plugin to your Rank Math account. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

Then, ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math plugin. If not yet, please do update them. You may refer to our changelog page here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

Lastly, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
