To resolve this, please log in to your Rank Math account and navigate to the Websites tab to check if your Content AI credits are visible. If they are not visible, there might be a mismatch between the emails on your Rank Math and Content AI accounts. In that case, you should contact our support team to merge both accounts or transfer your credits to the email connected to your account.
If your credits are visible in your Rank Math account, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress dashboard by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Help. Then, click Disconnect Account and Connect Now.
After reconnecting your Rank Math account, navigate to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Content AI from your WordPress dashboard and refresh the credits.

I need a human supporter on this.
I already disconnected my websites both on worpress and Rankmath Dashboard.
My email adress is correct both on WordPress, Google and Rankmath.
But the AI credits are marked 0/0 on connected website. Meaning that I cannot do anything. Someone have to add the credits to my account first.
