    Hi,
    I purchased the AI credits, but they are not showing in my account on WordPress within the plugin to be able to use.

    Any help would be great.

    We checked and the credits are already added to your account.

    Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account and see if that updates the credits on the website.​

    HI thanks for this – yes it work – its now showing 35 credits. But I brought 50 & haven’t used any?

    Hello Ben,

    We have found another account with Pro subscription active, which was used on the same website and spent 20 credits. We can merge your accounts if you want, just let us know which account you want to keep.
