    I purchased your pro pack on January 5th, but the AI ​​credit field has not been updated.

    So currently, we can’t use AI credit at all.

    Secondly, we’d like to upgrade *again* to your business package. Do we have to re-buy it, or is there a way to transfer our credits and upgrade our package?

    Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math PRO account (with the email in the sensitive data section) and see if that updates the credits on the website:
