    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    You need to make sure that the PRO plugin is installed on the website alongside the Free plugin.

    ​​​​​​​After that, you need to log in to Rank Math with the email address you shared in the sensitive data section.

    Lastly, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account to fix the issue.
