Please have a real person contact me. I keep getting automated responses. I’ve tried everything to use my AI credits on my WordPress, but nothing I do is working. I just can’t get them to show up. I’ve attempted to do everything the chatbot told me to do. I even deactivated and reactivated the plugin. I just purchased this plan today. I’ll need a refund if it can’t be connected.

If you have already tried the steps mentioned by RankBot and are still not able to use Content AI on your site, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
