Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Titles & Meta > Product Categories and enable the Remove Snippet Data option. Then, clear your site’s cache and wait for Google to recrawl the pages.

On my Shop Product Categories archive i am displaying my products with woocommerce products archives and I want that there is aggregate rating included in the products! Please let me know what i have to do to change that schema of the woocommerce products archive list so that this is done!

That page doesn’t include any Product Schema as it should be for archive pages with more than one product, according to Google guidelines.
If the error still shows on GSC you need to wait for the page to be crawled again and the results updated on GSC.
You can test the Schema on the page with the following: https://validator.schema.org/#url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.fazinettel.at%2Fstofftaschentuecher%2F
As you can see it doesn’t include any Product Schema on the live page, as indicated above.

You should remove the snippet data from the archive pages as we mentioned before: https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/aggregate-rating-problem/?view=all#post-885470
The previous time we accessed the website we saw the CollectionPage Schema which indicates that some Schema is being generated, but not the Product Schema as expected.
Please follow the steps stated in the mentioned reply and clear the cache again so that Google can see the correct results when accessing the page again.
