After updating plugin error "not activated"

  • Hi, i have updated the plugin and i get an error. First there was a notice “not allowed” so i deactivated and activated the plugin again. (do I have to do all the steps of setup wizard again?)
    I noticed that i can not use more focus keywords so i had to Link my Rank Math account again, but somehow i can’t login. I can not connect my account, it says “not activated” and i cannot change my inlog/password.
    Hope you understand my problem. I really love rank math and hope it will work again!

    We recently moved the Rank Math SEO plugin to its own domain. That’s why we are asking previous users to change their MyThemeShop logins to Rank Math logins.

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and enter your new logins there.

    If you are unsure, please check your email inbox for a welcome email from our team.

    I’m having the same issue with your latest version.

    As long as I finished the login and wizard setup, it still asks us to input again non-stop.

    Is your plugin having any issue?

    Could you please check which version of Rank Math you are using?

    This shouldn’t happen in 1.0.20.

    If you are still facing this issue, please edit the first post of your ticket and include your WP logins in the sensitive data section.

    I have the same issue and it stil persists not allowed to view this page so i cannot use the set-up wizzard

    using 1.0.20 in a wp multisite with subdomains (mapped to top level domains)
