hi there was 1.1.077 version installed on my website and then I updated to the newest version and suddenly the plugin stopped showing up on the post update page. same thing happened when i updated previously and after rolling back to the previous version it showed up again but now i cannot roll back to 1.1.77 version. please tell me how I can solve this issue.

The version you’re using is outdated, and there is a possible conflict with one of your plugins/themes.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
