After 4 ways of verifying website ownership, search console sitelist not working

  • I’ve verified the ownership of my website with 4 different ways successfully:
    – HTML tag in head
    – Google Analytics
    – HTML file
    – DNS using .txt

    Image attached:
    null
    (Verkkotunnuksen tarjoaja = DNS)

Yet, when setting up the search console, it only lists 5 websites that I’ve verified ownership with (even though I’ve verified the ownership with 9 websites). I’ve de-authorized and re-authorized my Google account multiple times, refreshed the site list on the plugin, yet it only displays 5 websites. Occasionally, it only lists 1 website, and when I de-authorize and re-authorize the website, it shows the same 5 websites again. I really thought I’d enjoy switching to this plugin from Yoast, but if I can’t get past a simple hiccup like this, it makes me doubt my decision.

    Thanks,
    Alex

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

The Rank Math plugin will connect and fetch data from the Google API when retrieving your search console data and this means that the verification for the 4 websites that do not show might not have been successful.
Could you please check whether these websites appear from the property dropdown when you login to the Google search console?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
