    The plugin is affecting the functionality of my website. Do not keep updating a product and test it with all my plugins and I identified that it’s just yours that interferes. I can’t attach images to illustrate but I can free my access to check if possible.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    Thank you for the follow up.

    I was able to access your site, you see to be using an outdated version of Rank math. I tried to update but it shows an error the directory could not be created. I then tried adding the health check and troubleshooting plugin and it also shows the same error, I have attached the screenshots in the sensitive section.

    Similar issues often arise if there is an issue with the plugin folder of your site.

    You can get in touch with your hosting provider so that they can check that and fix the folder issue.

    For the update, using an updated version of the plugin is recommended as we are fixing bugs and add improvements in updates. So update the plugin to check if the issue is still there.
