The meta box option is the Add SEO Controls option in Titles & Meta > Products.
However, we’re unable to replicate this issue where the Primary Taxonomy option is not showing in the product settings.
Could you please confirm if you’re using WooCommerce on your site?
Meanwhile, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), you can try checking for plugin/theme conflict on your site.

I will update plugins and themes, but this is a problem I have been facing since the beginning of the installation. I think I had this problem when I used Yoast Seo as well.
