The issues we are facing are, that the site is slow due to a high load of admin-ajax calls (more than 600 in one hour) and php requests. Kinsta provides a diagnosis module that helps to narrow down potential issues. When doing that, RankMath is shown as the primary issue with producing 66% of all delays on the site.
The action “shutdown” is often shown as well.
We have already controlled the Heartbeat of WP with WP Rocket.
We would need to know why this is happening and what can be done to reduce the load that RankMath produces. Kinsta recommends to delete RankMath, however I don’t think that’s appropriate.

I checked but wasn’t able to replicate the issue. Your site seems to be working fine and the loading speed is also fine. I installed the Query Monitor plugin to check if there are any slow queries but there weren’t any.
If it happens on using a specific option or page, please share the details to replicate it so we can check and assist you further. You can also ask Kinsta to share the details of the requests made by our plugin that are slowing down your site.
