As you are using Elementor, you need to check your focus keyword while editing with Elementor and update the page to see the changes in the block editor. I updated the page after checking your focus keyword in the Elementor editor and it’s showing fine in the block editor too.

1. Sometimes, you will not add any secondary keywords to your posts, and to account for that, Rank Math does not score you negatively if you don’t add secondary keywords, and even the individual scores for your secondary keywords do not affect your overall score. But, the better you optimize your post for secondary keywords, the more the chances that your post will get some traffic for those keywords. You can check this link for more information:

2. I’ve checked your site, and it seems those missing alt attributes are referring to your button icons and logo (for your homepage). I’ve added some image URLs in the sensitive data section.

I’ve tested your homepage using our External SEO Analyzer, and under Image ALT Attributes you can see there all the images that have missing ALT attributes including their source/image path.

Rank math doesn’t add the keywords meta by default.

Google announced that they don’t use this tag back in 2009.
Please take a look at this blog post about this:

If you are really keen on having this tag appear on your website, you can add the following snippet on your theme’s functions.php file to use your focus keywords as meta keywords:
