You can use the custom Schema generator of our plugin to add the VideoGame or any other custom Schema type to your site. https://rankmath.com/kb/schema-generator/
You can also import the example in Schema.org’s documentation and modify it according to your site: https://rankmath.com/kb/import-schema-markup/
However, both options are only available in the PRO version. You will have to upgrade to PRO if you want to add a custom Schema to your site.
In the Free version, you will have to modify and use the following filter to add the custom Schema: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#extend-json-ld-data
