Adding new Website to same account

    Hi, i am trying to add a website to an account, where I already registered a site with Rankmath.

    But somehow I am not able to make it work, also there is no option in the backend to add websites.

    So after installing RankMath on the new site, it asks me to connect to a free account. there is an option to login to existing account, when i login nothing happens.

    Do i need to create a separate account for each website?

    Could you please perform a clean reinstall (deactivate, remove and install again the plugin) then attempt to activate and let us know how it goes

    I have the same problem with the WordPress Plugin (Version : 1.0.43). I performed a clean reinstall, but nothing changed. I already have an account with a website, and I would like to use RankMath for another project with the same account.

    Briand are you already logged into Rank math in the device you are using. If so, you can logout, go through the activation process again. Let us know how it goes.

    Hello Michael,
    I just tried your tip : logout then activate process…
    Unfortunately, nothing better. After clicking the blue button “Activate Rank Math”, the process stays at the same step.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
