Adding missing ALT attributes doesn’t work

Where are you checking if the alt is filled? Rank Math adds it dynamically when the page loads so you won’t find the alt text added in the Media section in the WordPress dashboard but inside the source code of the pages you load.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section. We would need you to also share the page where you are seeing it happening.
