  • Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you’re facing issues with adding image expires headers based on our tutorial. It’s important to ensure that the changes are made correctly to the .htaccess file.

If you’ve followed the steps in our tutorial and it still didn’t work, you may want to double-check the changes made to the .htaccess file. Additionally, you can use an .htaccess tester tool to debug and ensure the rewrites are correct before adding them to the .htaccess file.

If you’re still facing issues after double-checking the changes, please feel free to reach out to our support team directly by clicking here. We’re here to help!

Hi please check the sensitive data section

    Hello,

We can see that you have LiteSpeed Cache, which takes care of browser caching for you. Adding the expire headers yourself will not work because they’ll be Litespeed Cache will take precedence.

You can modify your expire headers from Litespeed Cache > Cache > Browser. Learn more here.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

As regards the different titles on SERPs, it is a pretty common thing with Google these days. It happens with 70% of the results and we even have a KB dedicated to this problem and a few solutions we recommend:

    https://rankmath.com/kb/different-meta-title-and-description/

Please check the KB and you will understand the reasons Google does this.

Google has made some changes to their algorithm which automatically changes the titles, discarding the one you have set in your SEO title meta tag. This happens regardless of the SEO plugin you are using. We have covered this Google update here:

    https://rankmath.com/google-update/google-title-rewrite-update/

Although we can see a different title in the code source, added by our plugin and controlled by the settings of the plugin, it’s never guaranteed that will trickle down on Google SERPs.

However, when we check using the site: operator, it shows the title correctly. See the image in the sensitive data section.

    2.

For the favicon shown on SERPs the size of the image file you are using must be a multiple of 48px square, for example, 48 x 48px, 96 x 96px, or 144 x 144px. Your image file in currently a multiply of 16; https://jrfood10.com/wp-content/uploads/fbrfg/favicon-16×16.png & https://jrfood10.com/wp-content/uploads/fbrfg/favicon-32×32.png

Google uses the Google Favicon user agent to fetch the favicon from your website and caches it on its servers. Since this user agent is a low-volume crawler, sometimes it may take a while for Google to update the favicon after you have made the required changes.

However, to speed up the process and make sure Google shows the correct favicon for your website, you can use the Google URL Inspection Tool to request a recrawl of your website. This will tell Google to re-fetch your website data and update the favicon accordingly. You can find the tool here: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9012289#request_indexing

We hope this helps. Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.

    Thank you.
