I’ve searched the URLs you have shared, and it seems that the parameters /?fbclid= are being added by Facebook when you are sharing your website URL (Facebook Click Identifier). You can check these links I’ve searched for more information:
https://fbclid.com/
https://www.glowmetrics.com/blog/what-is-fbclid-how-to-remove-fbclid-parameter-from-google-analytics/#gref
However, you can redirect that URL using Rank Math following this guide. You can do a redirection setup like this:
Source URL: /what-work-changes-will-happen/?fbclid=
Redirect type: Starts with
Destination URL: https://infinitysol.com/what-work-changes-will-happen/
