    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Rank Math won’t be adding the alt tag on the actual media files as it will be added on the fly when you load the page on the front end.

    Please check your page in the view-source and you should be able to see the alt tags applied there.
