  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention.

I’m not quite sure whether I fully understand your concern.

If you wanted to add keywords to your posts/pages, you can follow the steps in this link:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/seo-meta-tags/#focus-keyword-gutenberg

To automate the keywords based on the title of the pages, here’s a filter you can use:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-automate-the-insertion-of-focus-keyword/

If those didn’t help, please provide more details of the “custom keyword” you are referring to so we can advise accordingly.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Advanced bulk editing is part of the paid version of Rank Math where you can simply add the keywords to a CSV file and import the file to automatically add the keywords to all the posts.

In the Free version, the guide I shared previously is the only option to bulk edit.

As for adding automatically using the code/filter, the keywords should be present on the website in a way like a title, category, tags, etc. as only then it can be fetched in the function.

If you do not want that, you will need to match the IDs of the post with the desired keyword. Mostly, IDs of a specific post type are not in a flow, the reason being that all the post types are considered as posts in WordPress and they all consume individual IDs thus the IDs get randomized in a post type.

If you do not have a huge number of posts, you can either follow the guide I shared previously or consider the advanced bulk editing features of Rank Math PRO.

Alternatively, as this would require extensive coding which falls outside of the scope of our support, you can reach out to a developer and they might be able to create a function to get you the desired output.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

    Thank you.
