    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I checked the sitemaps on your website and it seems like you’re using the Yoast SEO plugin. Could you confirm if this is for testing?

If yes, please confirm if you’re seeing the options to enable the sitemaps for this post type under Rank Math > Sitemap Settings.

If yes, please enable the sitemaps and exclude the sitemap files in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

Once done, clear your website and browser’s cache and see if that helps.

P.S. We’ve deleted your email ID from the message.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Thank you for your detailed answer.
I have lots of domains and the one where that probelm exists:
    https://fotopiac.hu/
More specifically on this URL’s subpages:
    https://fotopiac.hu/fotos-videos-kereso/fotopiac/XXXXX
    for example: https://fotopiac.hu/fotos-videos-kereso/fotopiac/village-cottage-fotostudio
These subpages are missing from sitemap_index.xml

I excluded the sitemap from cache.

    Thank you,

    Szabolcs

    Hello,

If the sitemap is not properly updating or not including all URLs, please use this filter code:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

You may insert this into your theme’s functions.php file.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you on this one.

    Hi,

    Thank you.
The cache disabling method does not helped but the third party plugin has own sitemap so I sent to Google that one also.

    Best,

    Szabolcs

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the website. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

The plugin you are using to create those pages is not registering a post type and that’s why our plugin will not be able to include them automatically in the sitemap.

You can use the following filter to manually add these URLs to the sitemap: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#add-extra-urls-in-sitemap

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any other assistance.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Because the Sabai plugin has own sitemap, I added Sabai sitemap with your Sitemap Filter to functions.php and seems works well.

    Thank you for the help!

    Best,

    Szabolcs
