With relation to your, queries I have set the default of auto-upgrade to the latest version in WordPress.
I am using media in WordPress to upload the images. The images are optimizing by Litespeed Cache. I use Eliminator to write the posts.

I have checked the page source of the provided URL and two of the images do not have alt text. (Check screenshot in the sensitive data section)
Please add the alt text to these images by going to the media library in WordPress and check if the issue persists.
