Active Content AI Plan But No Permission

    I have paid for the Content AI Plan and received a confirmations email indicating that the plan is activated. Nothing was provided for uploading to the plugins nor instructions on how to proceed. I refreshed and logged out and logged back in and still have no permission to use the Content AI Plan. the instruction video presented after purchasing is totally misleading because nothing marches the step by step instructions. If there is something else e.g. Renkmath pro I needed to purchase for the Content AI Plan to work, then I didn’t know about it nor was I presented with that condition prior to purchase and I would kindly request a refund.
