    Hi there!

    I just activated to the latest version of RankMath 1.0.43.1 and my site was activated with RankMath but after the update it is asking me to activate. What happens is I select to Activate, select my Google account, it goes to the RankMath splash screen to add the domain to my account, then I click ok… and then it goes back to my WordPress site and never activates.

    I have tried deactivating the RankMath plugin, clearing cache/cookies, any thoughts would be appreciated!

    We released today an update (Rank Math 1.0.44) which could fix your issue. Could you update to that version and let us know if that fixed your issue?

    Ok, now the working version is not available in the dropdown. I’ll have to get it from a backup.

    I tried the new version, no difference, so I have to roll back again. But now I have a new problem, the plugin keeps auto-updating to the last version, event though the Auto Update option is OFF!

    I think this might have something to do with older WordPress installs that don’t use UTF-8 as the default database encoding. See here:
