    Hello,

    I need that when sharing the page of a property by whatsapp the link, the description and the image of the property can be seen.

    Is there a way to configure that?

    This link when shared by whatsapp, shows the image of the web page.

    I need that to happen with the houzez pages that I am going to spread

    Technical support of the theme that I use for wordpress, he informed me that the configuration of the image to be shared is done with the yoast plugin.

    yoast does not support to work concurrently with rank math.

    Can you tell me how to activate the option to share with image from the rank math plugin?

    Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

    You can set the social image (image to be displayed on WhatsApp) from the social tab of Rank Math. Here’s a guide regarding it: https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-box-social-tab/

    However, I checked the source of the page that you were trying to share and I noticed that you have activated the All In One SEO plugin along with Rank Math.

    Please have a look at the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

    You should keep only one SEO plugin active at a time as using multiple plugins performing similar tasks can result in conflicts.

    Also, the image that is currently set as the social image is of dimensions 1080px X 1080px. The recommended dimensions are 1200px X 630px.

    Please disable the All in One SEO plugin and set the image of the recommended dimensions.

    Once done, please clear your website’s cache and share the page again on WhatsApp. This should fix the issue.

    Hello, I did the steps according to the guide you gave me but they did not work.

    My problem is that when I share the link of my website on whatsapp, the SEO image is not displayed, that is, the solution you gave me does not work for me.

    The link of my website to be shared in:

    1- Whatsapp (DOES NOT SHOW THE SEO IMAGE)

    2- IG (if it shows the SEO image)

    3- FB (if it shows the SEO image)

    I think rank math is not designed to share SEO images from WEB sites.

    Thanks for trying to solve my problem.

    I have tried other functions that rank math offers and they are great but I will remove the WordPress plugin because I need that functionality.

    Hello,

    I was able to check that the size of the image that you are using as the OG image, is 1.3 MB. Please ensure the image’s file size is less than 300kb as that is the maximum size supported by WhatsApp.
