How do i get my %customfield(town)% to be the label and not the value of the field?

I am using this in my page titles: %customfield(acres)% Acres of Land for Sale in %customfield(town)%, Maine %sep% %customfield(county)% County %sep% %sitename%

    Thanks!

  • Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I am not quite sure I understand your issue.

Could you please illustrate using some screenshots or a screencast what you intend to have?

You can use https://imgbb.com for screenshots and https://www.loom.com for screencast.

Looking forward to assisting you. Thank you

    Hello,

You cannot use that to pull the label of a custom field, sorry.

The variable only pulls the custom field, not the label.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

As you can see below the title has the Town Lincoln in lowercase. I want it to be “Lincoln“. Is there any other way to accomplish this? Every listing will vary with the the town name but currently they will all be lowercase.

<title>2.01 Acres of Land for Sale in lincoln, Maine – Penobscot County – The Maine Land Store</title>

    Should be: Burlington

    Hello,

If the value is being taken from your custom fields, then you would have to add this capitalized in your custom fields.

If you want to do this automatically, you may have to create some custom function which you may have to hire a developer for assistance.

If you have added this values capitalized already, then we may need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,
