    I set up RankMath on my client’s website, but I am interested in upgrading to a business account so I may install it on other websites. When I first set up the account, I used my client’s google account. How can I swap it to my Google account to upgrade my membership and add other websites?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query, and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We can transfer the account, but you need to provide proof that you are the one who made the payment.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can do the needful.

    You can upgrade your PRO subscription to the Business by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/upgrade-plan/

    The charges will be calculated on a pro-rata basis (difference amount for the remaining months in your active subscription) and your subscription renewal date will remain the same as before.

    Hello,

    As requested, we have transferred your requested subscription to the other email address in the sensitive data section.

    Now, please update your Rank Math Plugin to the latest version: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below.

    Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

    I was able to check that the Content AI subscription was transferred but the Rankmath PRO subscription was not transferred. Could you please do that one as well.

    Hello,

    Sure, we have transferred the requested PRO subscription as well.

    Please check on your end if everything is working as expected.

    Now you will need to your websites to you main account. To reconnect your other websites by heading over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account to fix the issue.
