Account setup via wordpress

    I have installed the Rank Math plugin on my WordPress blog. Later, when filling in a new Rank Mather account, I wanted to use my wordpress data and it has not allowed me.

    I have had to use other wordpress data that I do not usually use. And when entering the account, it has not detected the wordpress blog.

    I have tried to activate an account from my email to not use the wordpress ones but it has not allowed me to use any of the two that I have. I don’t understand what is happening.

    Some clue?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please share a screenshot of the error message when attempting to activate the plugin?

    When you go into WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General, do the “WordPress Address” and “Site Address” have the same setup? Meaning both URLs have the same exact value. They should be matching and not have a mismatch.

    Also, can you please try connecting your account again but this time, try doing it on an incognito tab or in a different browser?

    If the issue persists, please try recording a video screencast on your end so we can try replicating it. You may use this handy tool and share the URL here.
