Account Email – Which Account

    Hello support team,

    I currently use your free version for 4 websites with my account (For login I use my Gmail account with my email address n***********@g********). These 4 websites are from my freelance work as an online marketer.

    I also administer my current employer’s website http://www.pool-partner.com, which I have also connected to Rank-Math. Unfortunately, this website does not show up in the connected websites of my Rank-Math account, which is connected to my Gmail address. For this account, we are also considering using the Pro version of Rank-Math.

    How should I proceed and how can I determine which email address (account) the pool-partner.com and Rank Math was/is connected to.

    I hope you can help me with this

    Hello Prabhat,
    thank you very much for the quick reply.
    Unfortunately, the email in question doesn’t exist at all and I don’t remember if I may have only registered this email as a username with Rank Math and all conceivable email addresses to reset the password don’t work.

    As I could see from the blog post, it is possible to disconnect the pool-partner.com site and reconnect it with my other account without losing any data.

    That’s what I would do and then there would be a total of 5 websites linked to my gmail address.

    Is it then also possible to buy a pro version only for the pool partner site and only assign this pro version to this site?

    The pool-partner.com page is not linked to any account yet.

    But the question remains the same in the end.
    If I now add this website to my gmail address….

    If I can just assign a Pro version to this website only, if there are a total of 5 websites linked to it.

    Given the PRO subscription is only for personal websites, if you’ll assign the subscription only to this website, yes, you can go ahead with the PRO subscription.

    In case you also wish to use the PRO plugin on your other websites, the Business subscription would be a better option.
