Please ensure that you are logging in to the Rank Math account with the email you bought the PRO subscription:
Then, follow the below steps.
Step 1: Update to the latest version of Rank Math PRO manually: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/
Step 2: Disconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help
Step 3: Reconnect from the same page using the same account you used to make a purchase. Here is a KB to help you along the way as well: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-upgrade-to-rank-math-pro/
That should fix the issue.

1- Is there a way also to receive the transcript of all my tickets to my email m***********@g********? I like to keep the record.
2- I have many WP websites, and each has its own email and Gmail accounts. So I have to be able to have FULL access to Rank Math Pro for each of my WP sites. I bought Rank Math Pro by my administrative email account m***********@g********. I do not have a WP website attach to it.
So, my initial question still remains?

1. We don’t have an option to receive the transcripts of all your tickets via email at once, but every time someone from our team replies to your tickets you should receive an email with the information about the ticket and who responded.
2. At the moment your PRO subscription has 8 websites connected to it. If you want to enjoy the PRO features on all your websites they need to be connected to the same account where you have the subscription.
However, you can have separate connections to Google Services, such as Analytics, from all your websites, using their independent email.
To achieve this all you need to do is reconnect the Google Services on each of your websites using the correct email for each one.

There you’ll see all the websites currently connected to your account.
With the PRO subscription, you can add as many personal websites as you want, there are no limits here.
