Could you please confirm if the screenshot that you’ve shared is from the New Tab window of your web browser? If yes, then the text under the icons is displayed from the <title> tag of the website (whose icon is displayed).
You may use any translation extension of the browser to translate the language of icons.

Seems the title is right but in the shortcut, it didnt generate correctly, any clue?

Unfortunately, this cannot be controlled by Rank Math since the <title> meta tag is already outputted correctly on your site’s source code.
You can try recreating the shortcut and see if it will update the icon’s title on your desktop.
