Rank math is adding the correct meta description to your page, you can confirm this by checking your page source or testing your URL with third party tools like https://metatags.io/ or https://smallseotools.com/meta-tags-analyzer/
I also noticed the URL you shared seems to be redirected(301 permanently moved) which is likely why Google is unable to update its meta. If you search the URL it is redirecting to, you will note it has description on the SERP
