Ensure that you have enabled advanced mode to see the Database Tools tab.
To update the SEO score from your pages, head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status > Tools and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button
Once done, Rank Math will start to re-index your pages and update the data in Overall Optimization.

The other rules shared by my colleague has already been whitelisted in your wordfence firewal except the /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta.

when I’m in the WordPress admin area where all the single posts are, the SEO score appears to be good, as it should be, but as soon as I go to edit any post, then at the top right this SEO score goes down and I again need to manually adjust the Focus Keyword and the score goes up again. For some reason, “Focus Keyword” itself changes and because of this, the SEO assessment changes.

Please note that our plugin checks for the exact match of the focus keyword and as you’re using San Francisco travel as a focus keyword, the tests are not getting passed because the travel is missing on your meta title, description, and post content.
However, we’ve tried to change the focus keyword and we can see it is saved properly and not getting the score low again. Please check the screencast in the sensitive data section for your reference.
