A problem with sitemap_index.xml

    main-sitemap.xsl is cached
    It turns out an empty sitemap_index.xml
    XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document

    I added to the exception caching main-sitemap.xsl
    Now sitemap_index.xml is not empty

    I had to search for the error for 3 days
    This problem was a huge surprise

    Please fix a bug in the plugin

    We are glad you found the solution. Unfortunately we cannot control caching from our end. We usually recommend adding (.*)sitemap(.*) to the exclusion list of caching setups to exclude all sitemap URLs from being cached.
