    Rank Math free

I have been using the help me AI but still struggling with some things. There is a red dot next to Search Console, but I think I can work on making that green? The enable the index status tab is grayed out and I cannot change. Also, my website is not in the dropdown for the Analytics section. I am using advanced mode, but there is no test connetions button. I have tried in Google Chrome and Microsoft edge.

  • Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing these issues with Rank Math. It seems like you’re encountering a few different problems with the Search Console and Analytics settings.

Firstly, the red dot next to Search Console indicates that there might be an issue with the connection. To resolve this, you can try reconnecting your Google account by following these steps:

    1. Navigate to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics.
    2. Look for the Test Connections option at the top right of the Analytics settings and click on it to validate the existing connections.
    3. If you see a red signal, it indicates a glitch in the corresponding connection. You can then click on the Reconnect Google Account button to fix this.

If you’re unable to see the Test Connections option, please ensure that you’re using Rank Math in the Advanced Mode.

Regarding the issue with the “Enable the Index Status tab” being grayed out, it’s recommended to switch to a Chromium-based browser like Google Chrome and navigate to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics to toggle it on.

As for your website not appearing in the dropdown list under Analytics settings, this could be due to an issue with the connection. However, without the Test Connections button, it’s difficult to verify this directly from your end.

If you’ve tried these steps and are still facing issues, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team by opening a support ticket here and sharing any relevant error logs with us. We’ll be happy to assist you further with these issues.
