I cannot save SEO settings on “General settings”. Also not able to fill the web master tools > Google Search Console filed. The same 404 error will appear and not allow to save the settings. Kindly help me to fix the issue. Many thanks.
PS – Site health in good condition and all the plugin updates, issues everything has cleared.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
