No problem, I will still do my best to help. If you don’t mind, 1). Would you mind checking whether the issue could be as a result of some errant cookies by checking whether the issue can be reproduced on an incognito window on your browser?
2). Please head over to Admin dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and click save to refresh all the links on your site.
Let me know how this goes.

The issue could have something to do with your multilingual content settings in the Polylang plugin. Can you please check whether deactivating this plugin and having the main language in Russian will affect this through your WP settings > General > Site language?
I have just installed this plugin on my end but I cannot seem to reproduce any issues on the 404 page.

This issue appears to be isolated to a setting on your site since we are cannot reproduce this on our end. Are you in a position to setup a vanilla WP install on a staging area on your server running only Rank Math and Twenty Nineteen theme and check if this can be reproduced?
