The website is still not live so there’s no way we can test why Google is picking the wrong title.
Once your website is live, Google should be able to pick up the updated meta details of your page and this might take time to reflect on the SERP.

Yes, I understand this, Google needs time I know.
But if I tako off the Undercostruction mode, so the website is online, on the serp I read the wrong title (I read still the title about the Undercostruction mode on) and the website show me in not correct.

However, the title you have set in Rank Math is already showing correctly in the page’s source code. You can also use this tool to verify that:

In this case, you may need to give some time since Google hasn’t recrawled your site to update the search results pages.

In this case, you may need to give Google some time and they should be indexed eventually.
If Google still isn’t indexing your page, it means that either Google hasn’t crawled your page yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.
Unfortunately, there’s no definite time for Google to recrawl your site. According to Googe guidelines, crawling can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
