404 error when loading SEO Analyzer

I just started using Rank Math and am already seeing how great of a tool it is.

However, as I was fixing issues in my site this morning and using the SEO Analyzer to check for issues, I decided to use Breeze to minify “inline JS” in order to possibly remove a JS issue in the SEO Analyzer report.

When i did so, i lost access to the SEO Analyzer page entirely and now upon clicking the page i receive a 404 page not found error.

  • When i try accessing the page it shows the 404 code as being for “wp-admin/admin.php”

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Could you please purge your site cache and check whether the issue will still be experienced?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hey, Michael.

    Thanks for the reply!

I’ve purged my cache and am still experiencing this issue.

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hi Stephen,

I am sorry you forgot to share your site URL on the sensitive data section.

    Hello,

Thanks for getting back to us.

I am afraid that I cannot login to your database from the admin. I am getting the following error “Access Denied – GoDaddy Website Firewall”.
Could you please share some access to your database as well so that we can check this issue further?

We are looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Is there an IP address that i can whitelist so you can view the database?

    Hi Stephen,

Thanks for getting back to us.

I have entered my IP address on the sensitive data section.

Please white-list this address so that we can check this issue for you. Thank you.
