404 error log empty

Hello,

We activated the 404 error log monitor but it is always empty. We disabled most of the plugins from the website, but still not luck (only 4 remained – rank math, woocommerce, woodmart core (theme) and WP Bakery).

We also asked about this at hosting but they said there are no problems from their part.

What else can we do? We cannot change the theme to default.
