    Dear Rank Math Support Team,

I am writing to seek assistance with a persistent issue I’m experiencing on my website, which appears to be caused by the Rank Math SEO plugin. Despite my efforts to diagnose and resolve the problem, it persists and seems to be directly linked to the Rank Math plugin.

After thorough testing, including deactivating all other plugins on my website and leaving only Rank Math active, the issue still occurs. Specifically, the problem is related to a 404 error on my tag archive pages. This error appears when Rank Math is activated, and disappears once the plugin is deactivated.

To better illustrate the issue, I have created a video demonstrating the error in action. This video clearly shows that when Rank Math is the only active plugin, the 404 error on tag archive pages occurs. Conversely, when Rank Math is deactivated, the problem ceases. Please see this: https://youtu.be/ZkV45zFVG5A

Given these observations, it seems evident that the issue is with the Rank Math plugin. I would greatly appreciate your technical expertise in resolving this matter. As Rank Math is integral to my website’s SEO strategy, finding a prompt and effective solution is crucial for me.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your guidance and a swift resolution to this issue.

    Dear Rank Math Support Team,

Thank you for your prompt and helpful response. Following your guidance, I discovered that the root of the issue was indeed a mistake on my part. I had inadvertently set up redirects for these tags to a “404 – Content Deleted” page, which was causing the errors.

I appreciate the clarity your guidance provided, which helped me identify and rectify my error. It’s a relief to know the issue was not with the Rank Math plugin itself, as it plays a vital role in my website’s SEO strategy.
