I checked your sitemap and it is working fine.
Please note that sitemaps are set to noindex as you do not want them to appear in the search results.
For the sitemap resulting in 404, can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Once done, please remove all the sitemaps from the Search Console and submit only the sitemap_index.xml in the sitemaps section in the search console.
That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.
Unfortunately, it does not work, I am sending the video to the google drive what I was doing and what the result was.
Wordpress and GSC are not in English, but understanding shouldn’t be a problem.
Ok, problem solved.
1. I added the second sitemap /product-sitemap.xml to GSC, the map has been loaded correctly.
2. I deleted /sitemap_index.xml and sent it again, all sitemap elements have been loaded correctly.
3. I deleted the /product-sitemap.xml sitemap
