    when i opened 404 error tab i saw a url, but refer and user agent block is empty. when i used this url to open that link no error shows me, then why it is showing in your 404 monitor tab

    It is possible you enabled the advanced mode after that hit was recorded already.

    Or, it could be possible that no information is available for that 404 error.
