  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support and we apologize for the inconvenience.

We would like to take a look at the issue you are currently facing with your sitemap.

However, our plugin does not generate the sitemap URL you shared.

It is being generated by the Yoast plugin.

Confirm if you are using the Rank Math plugin to create your sitemap.

Can you please share the correct sitemap URL and will be happy to investigate this

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We’ve checked the sitemap https://www.drewerton.com.br/sitemap_index.xml and we can see that it is loading correctly.

We also checked the initial sitemap https://drewerton.com.br/sitemap.xml and can see that it is now redirecting to https://www.drewerton.com.br/sitemap_index.xml

Upon further checking with https://httpstatus.io/, we can see that the sitemap is returning 200 status as shown in the image below:

    Can you confirm these?

However, if you are seeing any errors, please try clearing your browser cache and checking again.

You can share this error using a screenshot using https://imgur.com/upload or share a video using https://www.loom.com/ with us so that we can investigate the issue further.

Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Can you please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you?

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    3. If the above steps don’t seem to work, kindly apply the following filter to your site.

    add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

Here’s how you can add filter/hook to your WordPress site:

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
