Can you please try submitting a different version of your URL? If you are currently submitting the HTTPS version try the HTTP version. You can also try submitting both WWW and non-WWW versions, and see if any one of them gets submitted successfully.

Hey Bengaluru, can you please tell me what the issue was? I have the same issue, and there are tens of support tickets in rankmath with the same problem, no one could fix it and there is no solution. The index plugin works one day and the day after, it says permission denied.
