.403 errors after changing the site

  • Hi guys,

I have made a big remake on the site : http://www.gaia-jewels. com and now i’m running into a lot of .403 errors.

Basicly I have changed the .htaccess file and made a new and I tried to troubleshoot the plugins, but still nothing helps.

The strange thing is I can still get access too the pages, but Screaming Spider Frog SEO can’t.

    What to do?

    .403 errors

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section. We would also need you to share the list you have in the image, so we can check them.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
